Voice Meditation

A person has to pass through a number of mental stress, which may be affecting badly on his/her in daily life. The reason for this stress can be caused due to anything, whether it be FINANCIAL MATTER or SPOILED RELATIONSHIP or it may be due to the WORK OVERLOAD. One of the main consequence of stress can be seen when it becomes a really challenging situation for a person to FOCUS on a particular matter.
So. this is the real topic which we are on today, "HOW TO CREATE FOCUS?" or "SOLUTION FOR FOCUS".
FOCUS

Yes there is a solution and it is MEDITATION, Meditation not only  helps you to create FOCUS but it is really helpful for a healthy lifestyle. There are many kinds of Meditation being practiced but today we are going to talk about VOICE MEDITATION.
Meditation helps to regain the mental fintses or say mental peace of mind which due to soe reason lets say lots of workd stress may had been lost.
For this mental stress one should rebuilt its focus at his/her work to concenterate on it well. Now, this voice meditaion is one of the easiset nad most poplular way to rebuild ones FOcus. It heklps you to know the inner sould of you or say it gives ou the peopce from your soul. Process doesn't seems to be fruitful for a short period of time, its a complestel process, a process in which you have to devote yourself fully without cheating. And can't say exactly but later you will find it really helpful.

NOW THE QUESTION IS HOW TO PERFORM VOICE MEDITATION?
Voice meditation is really simple and easy then all the other kinds. also really helpful . You just don't need to go anywhere don't need any mentor , after reading this blog yhou can surely perform it by your own. If possible purchase a string of "TULSI BEADS" ( containing 108 beads) and start following the instructions:

1. First of all make yourself comfortable, in any sitting position, place your hand just above your knees as shown in the pic.

2. If possible get a  string of beads. By using Beads it becomes easy to set goals, suppose you made a plan, to chant 216 times daily, and with the help of a string of 108 beads you need not to count every time, just concentrate on your chanting ( position to place a bead string is shown on left), else just continue without beads forget about how much time you repeat just go on chanting unless you feel i'm done or this much is chanting is enough for today. After settling you down in a comfortable position....

3. Close your eyes and take a deep breathe and forget all  your tensions, just try to concenterate on your breathe, feel as if you are sitting somewhere in lonely, heavenly place, feel as if you are relaxing in somewhere in mountain or somewhere in lakeside in a green dark forest, where there are no-one to interrupt you, no one to give you tension.

4. Now, after taking-in a deep breathe start your Chant, you can use any Mantras for Chant
!!Om Namha Shivaya !!
or
!!Hare Krishna Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna Hare Hare
Hare Rama Hare Rama, Rama Rama Hare Hare!!


or you can use any other Mantras as you want.

5. Repeat above procedure daily twice or thrice a time and see/feel the effect of Voice Meditation, how it will change your life, how it will decrease your stress, how it will increase your focus. The regularity will sure bring change in 2-3 weeks or it may take some time, but it will surely help you a lot.
So, this much is what i can tell you about Voice Meditation, I'm writing about these all things because it is very useful and i have been benefited and I think that everyone should try it, because it is better than taking any pill.
